- Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- Website refers to the primary Moon Star Express LLC site (https://moonstarexpress.com/) and all associated landing pages or recruitment funnels used for candidate intake (e.g., https://go.moonstarexpress.com/).
- You means the individual applying for a position or accessing the Service.

Mobile Messaging & Communication Program
- Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive communications from Moon Star Express LLC regarding your recruitment journey, including Job Alerts, status updates, and surveys.
- Consent: By providing your number, you give express written consent for automated recruitment SMS and voice calls. Consent is not a condition of employment.
- Cost & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your application status; however, you can expect to receive an average of 4 to 10 messages per month during the active recruitment process.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 734-230-7349. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- Support: Text HELP to +1 734-230-7349 for assistance or ask for help directly at [email protected].
- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
